Us bank branch manager training program
Cons Lack of loyalty to customers and employees. Great Place to work. Raise opportunities could be better. It is a struggle to get raises once you start. Demand high. Great people but the new employees are coming in at way higher rates then the seasoned ones. Not the best at training new employees.
Pros Great Benefits. Cons Hard to get paid what your are worth. Positive work environment with opportunity for growth and community involvement. US Bank offers a positive work culture that allows for growth and development, no matter your background. US Bank is safe and reliable, with a top notch credit rating. The Bank cares about it's shareholders, employees and reputation as well as being an employer of choice.
To be honest the CEO does try to take care of the people and promotes a good working environment. The problems are lower level management. On the district level, at least the one I work with, the manager was completely out of touch with reality. The system they use is the most antiquated in the industry. It makes it so inefficient. The path to find things is unclear and ever changing.
Not to mentions there are 3 or 4 multiple step paths to find your information and each one will be difference. In my case, there was no on boarding, no training, no support. Even though we became 1 in the district, 3 quarters in a row, it was the most stressful and unwelcoming place I have ever worked.
I even got sent on a trip that was lots of fun, but I would never work there again. Pros Pay is decent. Trips for top performers. Cons Management, lack of training, system. Very fair, lucrative and competitive job as a manager. Fast paced environment. A place to grow and build your career. Established company and very Focused higher management. Regional management was horrible, generic training, no clear direction, contradicting information, was like "mean girls" if you didn't fit in, would not recommend.
Pros Pay. Cons Everything. US Bank made poor management decisions. Management was not well trained and therefore did not understand income statements or balance sheets. They made decisions that has put the company in worse situations. Pros Great Training Opportunity. Cons Terrible growth opportunities. Yes There are 2 helpful reviews 2 No.
I loved that the company had a strong customer focus, US Bank is fair and honest. The only thing I did not like is that my position was eliminated with restructuring. This is a great company to work for, and if given the opportunity, I would work for US Bank again. Pros Customer Service. Cons My position was eliminated with restructuring.
Overall a good company to work for. It has its bureaucratic moments but which big company doesn't. I enjoyed the relationships i built with colleagues and customers.
Pros good resources. Great learning experience. Branch managers need more training. Very little room for advancement. Promote people who have been in their positions for a long time rather than those who do a good job. People in higher level management positions promote digital but are very unfamiliar with the actual concept.
